ENS LIVE TERMS OF USE

1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to ENS Live (“Platform”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of ENS Live services.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. USE OF THE PLATFORM

You may use ENS Live only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

a. Violate any applicable laws or regulations

b. Upload or broadcast illegal, harmful, or infringing content

c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform

d. Disrupt or interfere with platform functionality

3. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

a. Certain features require account registration

b. You must provide accurate personal and/or business information

c. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

d. You are responsible for all activities under your account

4. CONTENT GUIDELINES

a. You retain ownership of your content

b. You grant ENS Live a limited license to host, stream, and distribute your content

c. Content must not contain illegal, abusive, defamatory, or copyrighted material without authorization

d. ENS Live reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms

5. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY

a. We strive to ensure continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access

b. Maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may affect availability

c. ENS Live is not liable for temporary disruptions

6. PAYMENTS AND PLANS

a. Certain features require payment under selected plans

b. All fees must be paid as agreed at the time of purchase

c. ENS Live reserves the right to modify pricing with notice

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a. ENS Live branding, logos, and platform technology remain the property of ENS Live

b. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute platform materials without permission

8. TERMINATION OR SUSPENSION

a. ENS Live may suspend or terminate accounts for violations

b. Users may discontinue use at any time

c. Termination does not relieve users of outstanding payment obligations

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”

ENS Live makes no warranties regarding performance, reliability, or suitability for a specific purpose.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

ENS Live shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.

11. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.

Continued use of ENS Live after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Uganda
