ENS Refund Policy
NS LIVE REFUND POLICY
Effective Date: 02 JAN 2026
1. INTRODUCTION
This Refund Policy ("Policy") explains the conditions under which refunds,
cancellations, and billing adjustments apply to services provided by
ENS Live ("ENS Live", "Company", "we", "our", or "us").
By purchasing any ENS Live service, including event-based airtime or subscription plans, you agree to this Policy.
2. EVENT-BASED AIRTIME PURCHASES
2.1 Cancellation Before Event Start
Customers who purchase live streaming services based on fixed durations
(30-minute, 1-hour, or 2-hour sessions) may cancel their event and request a refund at least five (5) hours before the scheduled go-live time.
If cancellation is requested five (5) or more hours before the event, a full refund may be issued.
2.2 Late Cancellation
Cancellation requests made less than five (5) hours before the scheduled go-live time are not eligible for a refund.
2.3 After Event Commencement
Once the event has started, or ENS Live has initiated technical preparation
within the restricted five-hour window, the service is considered rendered and becomes non-refundable.
3. SUBSCRIPTION PLANS (MONTHLY, YEARLY, RECURRING)
3.1 Automatic Renewal
All subscription plans renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled in accordance with this Policy.
3.2 Cancellation to Avoid Renewal
To avoid being charged for the next billing period, subscribers must cancel
their subscription at least forty-eight (48) hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
3.3 Late Cancellation
If cancellation occurs within the final forty-eight (48) hours of the billing cycle, the renewal charge may still be processed and will not be refundable.
3.4 Access After Cancellation
After cancellation, access to subscription services will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refunds will be issued for unused time.
4. BILLING ERRORS AND DUPLICATE PAYMENTS
Refunds will be issued in the following cases:
• Duplicate transactions
• Incorrect billing amounts
• Verified system processing errors
• Unauthorized charges confirmed after investigation
Customers must notify ENS Live within seven (7) days of the transaction date to request review of a billing issue.
5. NON-REFUNDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Refunds will not be issued for:
• Completed live streaming sessions
• Partially used airtime
• Failure to use scheduled event time
• User-side internet, device, or hardware failures
• Violations of ENS Live Terms of Service
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction not caused by a verified platform failure
6. REFUND REQUEST PROCESS
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:
billing@enslive.live
Requests must include:
• Account holder name
• Transaction ID or proof of payment
• Event or subscription details
• Clear explanation of the issue
All requests are subject to review and approval.
7. REFUND PROCESSING TIME
Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) to fourteen (14) business days.
Processing time depends on your bank or payment processor and isoutside the direct control of ENS Live.
8. CHARGEBACKS
Customers agree to contact ENS Live before initiating a chargeback.
Unjustified or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension
or permanent termination.
9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS
ENS Live reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time.
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
