ENS LIVE CONTENT POLICY

1. PURPOSE

This Content Policy outlines the rules and standards governing

content uploaded, streamed, distributed, or otherwise made available

through ENS Live ("Platform", "we", "our", or "us").

By using ENS Live, you agree to comply with this Content Policy.

2. USER RESPONSIBILITY

Users are solely responsible for the content they stream, upload, broadcast, or distribute through ENS Live.

Users must ensure that all content:

• Complies with applicable local and international laws

• Does not infringe on intellectual property rights

• Does not violate privacy or publicity rights

• Does not contain prohibited or harmful material

3. PROHIBITED CONTENT

The following content is strictly prohibited on ENS Live:

3.1 Illegal Content

• Content that violates any applicable law or regulation

• Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading material

• Promotion of illegal goods or services

3.2 Intellectual Property Violations

• Copyrighted material used without authorization

• Unauthorized rebroadcasting of protected content

• Trademark infringement

3.3 Harmful or Abusive Content

• Hate speech or discrimination

• Harassment, threats, or bullying

• Graphic violence or explicit harmful conduct

3.4 Adult or Explicit Content

• Pornographic or sexually explicit material

• Exploitative or non-consensual content

• Content involving minors in any sexual context

3.5 Dangerous or Malicious Content

• Malware, spyware, or harmful code

• Attempts to disrupt the Platform

• Content encouraging self-harm or dangerous behavior

4. CONTENT OWNERSHIP

Users retain ownership of their original content.

By using ENS Live, users grant ENS Live a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, stream, distribute, and display the content for the purpose of delivering the service.

5. CONTENT MONITORING AND ENFORCEMENT

ENS Live reserves the right, but is not obligated, to:

• Review or monitor content

• Remove content that violates this Policy

• Suspend or terminate accounts for violations

• Restrict access to content at its discretion

Enforcement decisions are made at ENS Live’s sole discretion.

6. REPORTING VIOLATIONS

If you believe content violates this Policy, please report it to:

Reports should include:

• Description of the violation

• Link or reference to the content

• Supporting information (if applicable)

7. REPEAT VIOLATIONS

Accounts found repeatedly violating this Content Policy

may be permanently suspended or terminated without refund.

8. DISCLAIMER

ENS Live does not pre-screen all content and is not responsible for user-generated content. Responsibility remains with the user who created or streamed the content.

9. POLICY MODIFICATIONS

ENS Live reserves the right to update this Content Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes

acceptance of any revised terms.
